First the DocumentContext is created, fields are computed from top left to bottom right and then the WQO agent runs on the in-memory docContext on the server. Finally the docContext is printed out to the browser and JS functions execute.

E.g. if you have Query_String field on the form, then the Query_String is available in the WQO agent.
